This is what you bring to us:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment;
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;
• Working experience with SAP FI, SAP S/4Hana experience is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel;
• Excellent English skills, one further European language is desirable;
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset and a high level of accountability and accuracy;
• Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Manage incoming invoices/credit notes with or without PO/GR;
• Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services;
• Prepare and execute payment runs and manual payments;
• GR/IR analysis;
• Process cash allocation and manage bank statements;
• Detect payment deltas and respond appropriately in alignment with sales and local finance;
• Manage customer dunning process according to the defined schedule;
• Intercompany Netting;
• Manage monthly closing process (account clearing, intercompany reconciliation, customer/vendor reclassification, AP/AR aging report, sub-ledger reconciliation);
• Create Ad-hoc and recurring reports including monthly/annual reporting package.
