• Prepare complex journal entries, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with IFRS and Group Accounting policies.
• Coordinate and perform period-end and month-end closing activities in collaboration with local and global finance teams.
• Ensure General Ledger account reconciliations.
• Performs regular Balance Sheet Review including trend / vs prior analysis and action plan definition.
• Prepare documentation and provide financial data and support to external auditors during audits.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve desktop procedures and process documentation.
• Identifies opportunities for standardization and collaborates with the Process Owner in the design and implementation of continuous improvement solutions.

This is what you bring to us:

• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification.
• >5  years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment.
• Advanced Proficient with SAP-FI and MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel).
• Advanced English skills, one further European language is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.
• Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures.
