Accountant (m/f/d) for Ticketing Support German Speaker

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer to supplier or stakeholders in English or other local country language by ticket or phone (German)
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues (invoices, payments and others)
  • Answer about dunning, statement, balance confirmation, payment advise and others
  • Forward invoices to processing box and advise correct flow to stakeholders
  • Track escalations as well as develop process documentation and support process improvements


Requirements:

 

  • 1 year experience in helpdesk or customer service environment, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in use of MS Office tools, ERP system (SAP FI preferred) and Ticketing Tool
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral, costumer orientation, attention to detail and problem solving mindset
  • Fluency in German and Proficiency in English
  • Academic background in accounting or management is a plus
  • Team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures as well as an enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
