WPS Specialist

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

 

  • Defining relevant Operations KPIs
  • Conducting regular plant performance reviews, challenging plant and regions to improve through pareto comparison and best practice sharing
  • Driving and supporting the business in identifying, planning, and implementing organization process improvements to reduce costs, errors, rework
  • Leading and consolidating all ongoing activities within global Operations to achieve cost excellence
  • Developing and challenging the global strategies for Manufacturing Footprint, Launch Management Process

 

 

This is what you bring to us

 

  • Basic knowledge of the "Toyota Production System" and Kaizen facilitation methodologies
  • Basic understanding of IATF 16949 requirements, product liability and product safety requirements
  • Basic knowledge and experience of ISO14001/45001, OHSAS 18001 and other relevant management systems
  • Supporting the implementation of WPS principles
  • Preparing WPS projects and workshops for the further development of WPS 2.0
  • Preparing and supporting strategic Kaizen workshops for existing
  • processes and 3P workshops for new projects and processes
  • Preparing update reports of CI activities
