Talent Aquisition Specialist

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

This is what you bring to us:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • HR Generalist experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

 

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Interview, assess and perform reference checks for candidates that satisfy the open requirements.
  • Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to find qualified candidates.
  • Actively participate in networking groups and other business and community programs to increase skill knowledge of current recruiting practices.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to project future hiring requirements.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure activity.
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Complete onboarding of new candidates.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned
