Talent Acquisition Specialist

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • A preferred candidate has been identified for this position; however, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates as part of our commitment to a fair and competitive hiring process
  • Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent based on organizational hiring needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective approaches for identifying and attracting skilled candidates
  • Utilize active sourcing, candidate pipelines, third-party recruiting agencies, and other recruitment channels to build strong talent pools
  • Support employer branding and personnel marketing initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent attraction activities
  • Coordinate the transition from candidate selection through hire and onboarding to provide an effective candidate and new-hire experience


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, hiring, and onboarding
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills with experience utilizing recruiting platforms, candidate pools, external agencies, and other talent acquisition channels
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and recruiting priorities while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and organizational hiring needs
