You can look forward to these exciting tasks
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to support equipment reliability, availability, and efficient production operations
- Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including preventive maintenance plans, work orders, equipment records, maintenance history, and related system data
- Manage maintenance spare-parts inventory to ensure critical components and materials are properly stocked and available when needed
- Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and coordinate the ordering and availability of maintenance parts and supplies
- Work closely with Maintenance Technicians and other plant personnel to coordinate planned maintenance activities, equipment requirements, parts availability, and scheduling needs
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and outside vendors to support maintenance activities, obtain parts and services, and ensure required materials are available
- Review maintenance and inventory information to identify opportunities to improve preventive maintenance planning, parts availability, equipment reliability, and maintenance efficiency
This is what you bring to us
- Bachelor's degree and technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, spare-parts management, maintenance operations, or manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment
- Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, or equipment records
- Knowledge of maintenance spare-parts inventory, purchasing, stocking, and material management practices
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to coordinate multiple maintenance activities, priorities, vendors, and inventory requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with maintenance personnel, production teams, contractors, suppliers, and other cross-functional partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and effectively use maintenance, inventory, and enterprise systems
