• Design and fabricate fixtures, stands, racks, tables, etc.
• Perform Cycle Time Studies and evaluating to improve our manufacturing processes.
• Collect data, perform tests, and support manufacturing operations.
• Analyzing test data and preparing technical reports or presentations.
• Updating material flows and layouts when changes are made to our process.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Troubleshooting our assembly process and components.
• Adherent to company policies and procedures.
• Update Controlled Documents through our Deviation and PECR process.
• Evaluating poke/yokes and determining feasibility.
• Participate in team meetings and technical reviews.

This is what you bring to us

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering
• Good Knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Understanding of core engineering principles and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hand tools, shop machinery, and measurement instruments (Tape measures, scales, calipers)
• Computer/AB/Siemens PLC skills a plus
• CAD/Inventor skills a plus
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic tool room machinery a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Work requires strict adherence to safety procedures to avoid exposure to health risk.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Needs to be able to communicate with all levels within the plant.
