You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• Cleaning and maintaining production floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas within a Tier 1 automotive facility
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Disinfecting restrooms, break areas, and high-touch surfaces in line with safety standards
• Emptying trash and recycling bins and following proper waste procedures
• Restocking restroom and cafeteria supplies as needed
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• Working independently on second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to support overall plant operations

This is what you bring to us

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
