You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, workplace concerns, and general HR matters
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Monitor and analyze workforce data and key HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address workforce and labor-related challenges
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment practices, and applicable labor regulations
- Partner with leadership to develop and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capabilities, reinforce contract compliance, and promote fair and consistent employment practices
- Support workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives to meet current and future business needs
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Business Administration, or a related field; equ
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership,
- SAP experience is preferred — familiarity with ERP systems will be a strong advantage in managing workflows and data efficiently.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solving.
