- Manage and resolve IT Help Desk requests in a KPI-driven service environment, ensuring timely and effective support
- Support the operation, maintenance, and availability of local systems, networks, and IT services
- Coordinate regional onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, including IT account setup, access management, and decommissioning
- Oversee asset management of IT equipment using the IT Service Desk and Asset Management system (HelpLine)
- Support IT security initiatives by ensuring systems and networks are protected from unauthorized access and security risks
- Participate in regional IT security activities, including ISO security management, IATF audits, and cybersecurity governance
- Collaborate on assigned IT projects and travel to corporate headquarters or other sites as needed
This is what you bring to us
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT network support, service delivery, or project coordination within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft products and familiarity with ITIL, service delivery models, and KPI-driven environments
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, policies, and best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with the ability to travel locally and lift up to 25 pounds
