·       Ensure the harmonization of launch management documents. Create handover milestone from launch phase to serial life

·       Assist and provide project support in risk situations

·       Prepare training documents and deliver launch-relevant trainings

·       Create a quarterly analysis of the quality performance of the current Webasto OE launches

·       Leading workshops and follow-up of action plans to identify and eliminate systematical process issues   

Here's what you can bring to the team:

·       First experience in project management and processes used in automotive industry

·       Persistant in job execution, "never give-up" mentality, while chasing for parts in order to meet customer demand

·       Able to plan and follow time lines

·       Good understanding of production principles and eager to learn technologies used in production processes

·       Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and product liability and product safety requirements

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Trust based relationship and interface to other key functions/departments

·       Coaching capabilities

·       Team player for creating and respecting supporting structure with rules

·       Ability to escalate problems at the appropriate level within the organization and implement solutions in a structured constructive way

·       Business fluent English is mandatory, German or French would be an asset
