- Take ownership of complex and high-impact Marine issues (Benelux and international)
- Act as an escalation point and technical sparring partner for customers, service partners, and internal teams
- Coordinate international service cases end-to-end as a single point of contact
- Guard progress, quality, and priorities — and adjust where necessary

- MBO+ / HBO level of working and thinking in a technical field
- In-depth technical expertise within Marine or comparable complex systems
- Ability to switch seamlessly between hands-on support and expert-level analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
