Are you looking for an employer who invests in you and who enables you to grow? Are you looking for a decent work-life balance? Are you willing to take on challenges within an international organization? Do you fit in with a down-to-earth company with a “no-nonsense approach”? Then you've come to the right place at Webasto!

About the job
As a SCRUM Product Owner, you feel completely at home in the digital world! You are part of our (international) Service Network Management department and work from our location in Kampen. The department is involved in various activities, but you will focus on the activities within Service Development & Tools. In short, you develop digital service tools to support our products. How cool is it to immediately get the role of Product Owner for one or more high-end tech products? In addition, we expect you to actively participate in and support the digital transformation so that we can work a little smarter and more efficiently every day than yesterday.

We think it is important that our future colleague has a refreshing, innovative, mindset and meets the so-called “T-shaped” employee profile (versatile, flexible, driven, etc.). You are not easily fooled, and you communicate excellently in Dutch and English at various levels within the organization. Of course, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, we also expect that you have the necessary tenacity and show sufficient ownership of your work.

About you
You preferably have a completed HBO education (CE, International Business, etc.) and an affinity with IT and/or technology. In addition, we think it is important that you have the right competencies and drives because we can help you further develop your knowledge and skills.

The offer
We offer you an independent and challenging position within a healthy and innovative company. You are part of a team of well-trained professionals who want to work hard within an informal culture with short lines of communication. You will also have the option to courses to further personal development.
An attractive employment conditions package completes the offer. Webasto follows the FOCWA Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) within the ‘Metaal & Techniek’ (Bodywork Company) sector but has a remuneration scheme that is above the CAO level, and a pension scheme with an attractive contribution of 76.5% for the employer and a mere 23.5% for the employee. The so-called WIA insurance is also part of our package and fully at Webasto’s expense.
We also offer a collective health insurance scheme (linked to a monthly employer contribution), a bicycle plan, and a profit-sharing scheme.

Our culture
Webasto is shaping the future with our corporate ONE Webasto program. We are inspired by a passion for our company and a common culture in which we truly work together. To encourage and strengthen this partnership, we have created our globally valid values for all employees:

  • Responsibility with a Vision
