Webasto Service & Network Management develops services, tools and strategies that contribute to the overall strategy of Webasto Customized Solutions, which offers innovative solutions and services worldwide for end customers, trading partners and manufacturers of vehicles and vessels.



  • You consider yourself as owner of the Global Partner Network Management objectives and key results.
  • Create and execute the Partner Network Management concept and increase Partner Network establishment through the Regional Organizations. 
  • Work together with cross-functional matrix teams out of Product Portfolio Management, regional Service Management, Sales and Business Development.
  • Gather, define and approve Partner Network requirements from the perspective of both Partner and Business expectations, by analyzing and preparing current service network-related market data.
  • Define, implement, evaluate and report on Partner Network relevant performance indicators influencing the customer service experience and continuously improve the global Partner Network Management process and concept.



  • Successfully completed study in business development (engineering, commercial, service management or similar).
  • Professional experience in Partner management in the automotive, commercial vehicle or energy management industry.
  • Significant experience in strategy development and execution, as well as conceptual and strategic strength.
  • Intercultural competence with high interest in international network relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a structured approach as well as innovative thinking and working methods.

In this function you report to the Director Service & Network Management. The Webasto Service & Network Management headquarter function is located in Kampen - The Netherlands. The function however can be positioned within Europe.
