“Providing a customer oriented Services Portfolio is one of our key drivers for bringing total Solutions for our customers, trading partners and manufacturers”. We are looking for the right candidate for expanding and driving forward our portfolio of Global Services, as part of the overall Servitization initiative. The Global Service Manager gives direction to the Service Portfolio with strong capabilities to build up this Portfolio furthermore and to enable the organization to realize and to run Services over the “Product” Lifecycle! 

This will result in establishing our Service business furthermore and making it even more profitable. In the same time, this will allow us to successfully develop new Product-Service bundles and position Services even more as important contributor to our business. 
As the role holder you will be part of the Service & Network Management Team. 



  • Responsible for the optimization and expansion of the Global Webasto Service Portfolio.
  • Identify Service Concepts that create value for our customers and stakeholders, using internal and external inputs to translate ideas and requirements into concrete, actionable Service Development projects that create competitive advantage.
  • Lead the standardization and implementation of all Services Development processes, procedures, methods and tools to meet the performance objectives of the Services Projects.
  • Provide Service leadership based on a clear understanding of customer and market needs.
  • Provide the Stakeholders clarity on expectations on functional goals, objectives, and activities that contribute to overall Webasto Services strategy.
  • Contribute to the overall Services strategy by providing specific expertise, input and guidance related to Service Business Development. 



  • Graduate degree in Service Business discipline(s) or equivalent.
  • Finance qualifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent Service business understanding, with a distinct awareness for service quality and customer service experience.
  • Significant experience in service concept development and execution, as well as conceptual and strategic strength.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a structured approach as well as innovative thinking and working methods.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all key stakeholders (internal and external); possessing excellent collaboration and strong cross-functional influencing skills
