About the job
As a Global Process Lead you are involved in the implementation and optimization of processes, procedures, and methodologies that are used worldwide within Webasto Customized Solutions. As part of the Service & Network Management team, you will focus on the Technical Services processes and procedures within the international training, documentation, service management, and partner network management. You are part of multidisciplinary project teams, which ensures that you continuously coordinate with different managers on the needs and place these within the international working methods.


We expect you to be able to maneuver excellently within an international playing field and to strive every day to raise our international standards and intelligent (digital) processes to a higher level (Business Excellence).


  • You are responsible for the optimization and roll-out of the business unit's global technical services processes, methodologies, and tools with minimal local adjustments and without disrupting day-to-day operations
  • You drive the regional and functional alignment of all global template processes, methodologies, and tools of the company with an end-to-end perspective
  • Participate in line management/functional steering meetings to gather and refine business requirements (including regional and local requirements) and transfer them to the business unit's global template as needed
  • You regularly monitor and assess the efficiency of the implemented processes, methods, and tools and define the measures for the implementation of global initiatives, including the organizational structure, change management, training preparation, project documentation, and implementation steps
  • You regularly monitor and assess the efficiency of the implemented processes, methods, and tools and coordinate activities with regional representatives of the business unit organization (key users meetings or workshops)

In this position, you must be willing to travel when necessary for the work.


  • You have a completed HBO education with a relevant technical and/or business education
  • You have at least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an automotive/technical service-oriented environment.
  • You have a good command of MS-Office, PowerBI, etc
  • You have project management skills and are result-oriented
  • You can handle automated systems (including ERP, and CRM)
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
