- Process and monitor customer orders in SAP
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, delivery times, and order status
- Identify and handle complaints, deviations, and bottlenecks
- Proactively support customers and collaborate closely with account managers
- Ensure accurate and complete administration in our systems
This is what you bring to us:
- MBO level of working and thinking
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role
- An accurate, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and switch easily between tasks
- Clear, solution-oriented communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SAP is a plus; affinity with technology or an industrial environment is an advantage
