Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Are you technically skilled and enthusiastic about product innovations? Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project cycle
• Manage activities and meet project targets related to project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement and relevant stakeholders
• Leadership of the cross-functional project team
• Budget and resource planning
• Preparation of gateway and steering committee presentations
• Meet project requirements relative to   standard processes, methods and tools
• Interfaces with suppliers for development, quality and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain a warranty concern plan for containing and correcting field and return problems
• Represents Webasto at customer product planning and product reviews
• Local and International travel when needed
   

This is what you bring to us:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Leadership
• 5 years of Project Management experience within Automotive, preferably Tier 1 Supplier
• Economic and technical knowledge
• Knowledge of relevant PM processes, methods and tools
