You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Responsibility for the functional and technical lifecycle of global SAP PLM, product data and engineering applications, including demand, release, change, incident and problem management
- Definition of target architectures, solution designs and roadmaps, as well as translation of cross-functional business requirements into maintainable, scalable and compliant solutions
- Design of end-to-end processes and integrations across SAP PLM/DMS, SAP ECC and S/4HANA, CAD/PDM, OpenPDM, workflow and project management systems
- Leadership of international implementation, upgrade, migration and rollout projects, including fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, as well as risk and supplier management
- Provision of 2nd-/3rd-level support for business-critical processes, execution of root-cause analyses, and advancement of standardization, automation, data quality, Digital Thread and AI use cases
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in application ownership, solution architecture or consulting for PLM and engineering IT systems within an international industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PLM and SAP DMS, SAP ECC and S/4HANA, product structures, bills of materials, as well as document and engineering change management; knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE, 4PEP, SAP Basis, ABAP, UI5 and MS DevOps is an advantage
- Experience in requirements engineering, system integration, interfaces, data migration, deployment cycles, and upgrade or rollout projects
- Analytical and structured working style, strong communication across business functions, IT and suppliers, as well as fluency in English and German; ITIL, PMP, TOGAF and agile methodologies are an advantage
