- Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative labor environment
- Assisting Colleagues with HR matters
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address labor-related challenges
- Partner with leadership to deliver training and development programs that enhance leadership capability and reinforce contract compliance and fair employment practices
- Serve as a key liaison and translator in Spanish
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Business Administration, or a related field; equ
- 2 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solving
