- Conduct routine HSE activities such as inspections, safety walks, work permits, fire drills, and basic HSE trainings
- Support the maintenance of the HSE management system, including documentation and KPI reporting
- Assist in risk assessments, mitigation measures, and incident/accident investigations
- Contribute to HSE awareness activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support internal and external audits and follow-up on corrective actions

Collaborate with HR on occupational health topics and with Facilities to ensure a safe work environment
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor or Master degree (chemical, industrial risks, or technical background completed with EHS trainings)
- Certified Technical Course of Health and Safety at Work (travailleur désigné) is an asset
- Initial experience in HSE, safety management, or a related field
- Understanding of HSE regulations and management systems
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly
