HSE Specialist (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

  • Conduct routine HSE activities such as inspections, safety walks, work permits, fire drills, and basic HSE trainings
  • Support the maintenance of the HSE management system, including documentation and KPI reporting
  • Assist in risk assessments, mitigation measures, and incident/accident investigations
  • Contribute to HSE awareness activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support internal and external audits and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Collaborate with HR on occupational health topics and with Facilities to ensure a safe work environment
     

This is what you bring to us:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (chemical, industrial risks, or technical background completed with EHS trainings)
  • Certified Technical Course of Health and Safety at Work (travailleur désigné) is an asset
  • Initial experience in HSE, safety management, or a related field
  • Understanding of HSE regulations and management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly
