For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.

 

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

  • Be driven by “Safety Risk Prevention & Analyze” in your areas
  • Define and apply the Safety “standards” & rules in accordance with our H&S Department
  • Provide the Logistics Service requested by your Internal & External Customers
  • Monitor and achieve your Logistics Activities through KPI’S
  • Be focused on all deviations, Incident or Quality issues to be treated with the right tooling and methodologies
  • Keep Accuracy data in the system
  • Maintain your machines in good shape and monitor their availabilities
  • Design the best efficient flow from your docks to your warehouse
  • Ensure the supply of the components on the production Lines
  • Develop versatility/ polyvalence in the team to adapt it to customer needs
  • Provide leadership and direction to your collaborators, to influence positively their behaviour, to continuously improve their know-how and knowledge and to reinforce the message of ownership and responsibility
  • Deploy Lean tooling in order to get Lean thinking
  • Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims
  • Detect deviations, anticipate issues, identify the root-causes, define/ apply appropriate actions, and measure the progress, to reach the main targets.

 

Here’s what you can bring to the team:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree at least
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same role.
  • Knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control is mandatory.
  • LEAN mindset and knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent language skills in English, French and/or German being considerate a strong asset.
  • Effective ability to lead and direct others.
  • Ability and willingness to uphold the Webasto Values
  • Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely manner.
