For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion

 

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

  • Ensure that suppliers implement current customer and company requirements/standards
  • Blocking of deliveries in case of non-conforming product identification in production
  • Triggering of deviation processes and corrective/preventive actions
  • Preparation of corrective actions and continuous improvement activities to optimize performance
  • Tracking and reporting of supplier performance against quality targets
  • Initiating, driving and tracking the successful resolution of supplier claims using company tools and integrated systems
  • Support of ASQE in the evaluation of quality-relevant aspects of supplier contracts
  • Signing of supplier samples for pre-series/series production according to process/PPAP requirements (initial sampling by ASQE)
  • Collection/preparation of relevant input and support of lessons learned activities for new projects
  • Tracking and collecting of complaint costs linked to supplier complaint
  • Hold area management

 

Here’s what you can bring to the team:

 

  • Technical studies (mechanical engineering, further training as a technician or similar)
  • Good technical knowledge of relevant production processes
  • Quality Methods and Quality Management Systems
  • Good understanding of applicable customer specific requirements
  • Basic knowledge of statistical process control, measurement analysis and product liability law
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (French and/or German are a plus)
