• Performance Monitoring: Track logistics activities through KPIs, detect deviations, and implement improvement actions to achieve targets
• Process & Flow Optimization: Design and continuously improve efficient material flows from docks to warehouse
• Equipment Reliability: Maintain machines in good condition, monitor their availability, and ensure data accuracy in the system
• Lean & Continuous Improvement: Deploy lean tools and mindset to identify root causes, reduce customer claims, and sustain performance improvements

This is what you bring to us:

• Bachelor’s degree at least
• 3-5 years of experience in the same role
• Knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control is mandatory
• LEAN mindset and knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French; German and English are a strong asset
• Effective ability to lead and direct others
• Ability and willingness to uphold the Webasto Values
• Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely manner
