You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

  • Managing continuous improvement projects in the area of supply chain coordination in the plant in cooperation with other experts
  • Managing daily call in and other special JIT call from customer
  • Coaching more junior colleagues in the processes
  • Planning the weekly/daily production of complex and/or new series production according to customer orders, production capacity and availability of raw material using the HEIJUNKA philosophy
  • Informing customers about deviations from the agreed delivery plan
  • Management of daily calls and other special JIT/JIS calls of the customer
  • Ordering raw materials from suppliers and supply center
  • Monitoring of stocks of raw materials and finished products of complex and/or new series production and ensuring accuracy in SAP
  • Providing analyzes of different forecasts and stocks
  • Processing the EDI orders of the customer and ensuring the correctness in SAP
  • Ensuring the correct receipt of orders for raw materials from the supplier/supply center via EDI/WEB-EDI

 

Here's what you can bring to the team:

             

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration or Purchasing
  • 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management or in a similar role
  • Profound practical knowledge & experience with SAP Module MM, PP and SD
  • Profound experience with management of new project and run outs
  • Excellent computer skills and IT applications and tools
  • Excellent experience with electronic processes and communication
  • Business fluent English is mandatory, German and / or French language skills are a plus
