- Managing daily calls in and other special JIT calls from customers
- Coaching more junior colleagues in the processes
- Planning the weekly/daily production of complex and/or new series production according to customer orders, production capacity and availability of raw material using the HEIJUNKA philosophy
- Communication and coordination with customers: informing about delivery plan deviations, managing daily and special JIT/JIS calls, and processing EDI orders while ensuring accuracy in SAP
- Supplier and material management: ordering raw materials, ensuring correct order receipt via EDI/WEB-EDI, and coordinating with suppliers and supply centers
- Inventory control and analysis: monitoring raw material and finished goods stocks for complex or new series production, ensuring SAP data accuracy, and providing forecast and stock analyses
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration or Purchasing
- 0-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management or in a similar role is a plus
- Profound practical knowledge & experience with SAP Module MM, PP and SD
- Profound experience with management of new projects and run outs
- Excellent computer skills with IT applications, tools and with electronic processes and communication
- Business fluent English is mandatory, German and / or French language skills are a plus
