SCM Associate Coordination (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

  • Managing daily calls in and other special JIT calls from customers
  • Coaching more junior colleagues in the processes
  • Planning the weekly/daily production of complex and/or new series production according to customer orders, production capacity and availability of raw material using the HEIJUNKA philosophy 
  • Communication and coordination with customers: informing about delivery plan deviations, managing daily and special JIT/JIS calls, and processing EDI orders while ensuring accuracy in SAP
  • Supplier and material management: ordering raw materials, ensuring correct order receipt via EDI/WEB-EDI, and coordinating with suppliers and supply centers
  • Inventory control and analysis: monitoring raw material and finished goods stocks for complex or new series production, ensuring SAP data accuracy, and providing forecast and stock analyses

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration or Purchasing
  • 0-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management or in a similar role is a plus
  • Profound practical knowledge & experience with SAP Module MM, PP and SD
  • Profound experience with management of new projects and run outs
  • Excellent computer skills with IT applications, tools and with electronic processes and communication
  • Business fluent English is mandatory, German and / or French language skills are a plus
