SCM Associate Coordination (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Managing continuous improvement projects in supply chain coordination in collaboration with experts
  • Overseeing daily and special JIT/JIS customer calls
  • Coaching junior colleagues on process workflows
  • Planning weekly and daily production for complex or new series using HEIJUNKA, considering customer orders, capacity, and raw material availability
  • Monitoring and managing raw material and finished product stocks in SAP, ensuring accuracy
  • Processing and verifying customer EDI orders and raw material receipts via EDI/WEB-EDI, and providing analysis of forecasts and stock level

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration, or Purchasing
  • 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong practical knowledge and experience with SAP Modules MM, PP, and SD
  • Extensive experience managing new projects and product phase-outs
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with IT applications and tools
  • Business fluent in English; German and/or French language skills are advantageous
