- Managing continuous improvement projects in supply chain coordination within the plant in collaboration with other experts
- Handling daily and special JIT/JIS calls from customers
- Coaching junior colleagues in relevant processes
- Planning weekly and daily production of complex and new series based on customer orders, production capacity, and raw material availability using the HEIJUNKA philosophy
- Informing customers about deviations from agreed delivery schedules
- Ordering raw materials from suppliers and supply centers, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accuracy in SAP
- Analyzing forecasts and stock data, processing customer EDI orders, and verifying correct receipt of raw material orders via EDI/WEB-EDI
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration or Purchasing
- 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management or in a similar role
- Profound practical knowledge & experience with SAP Module MM, PP and SD
- Profound experience with management of new projects and run outs
- Excellent computer skills and IT applications and tools
- Excellent experience with electronic processes and communication
- Business fluent English is mandatory, German and / or French language skills are a plus
