- Assist Recruitment and Learning & Development in daily tasks
- Assist in the work-permit procedure for newcomers when required
- Assist in analyzing development needs and organize adapted learning sessions
- Participate in the creation of the monthly learning newsletter
- Participate in the registration of learning activities
- Involvement in the process of candidate sourcing until onboarding
- Assist with the job postings, screen candidates and interviews
- Support employer branding and organization of recruitment events
- Possibility to assist with any administrative HR tasks
Here's what you can bring to the team:
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German and/or French would be an asset
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Preparing a degree in Human resources or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Respect of internal confidentiality and data protection rules
- Follows established rules and procedures with precision
- Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills
