- Develop and optimize bonding processes using PVB and other polymers
- Perform chemical and mechanical testing of bonded materials
- Collaborate with R&D, production and quality teams
- Analyze and resolve adhesion issues as well as assess new materials and adhesives for performance and compatibility
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
This is what you bring to us:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field
- Profound Experience with PVB, adhesives or lamination processes
- Solid knowledge of polymer chemistry and surface science as well as hands-on experience with lab testing (e.g., peel and shear strength tests)
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
