You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Perform inspections, product audits, and verification activities to ensure compliance with customer, legal, and internal quality requirements
- Detect, document, segregate, and support the disposition of non-conforming material while ensuring quick containment of quality issues on the shop floor
- Support QRQC, 8D investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and process stability
- Support quality improvement initiatives, operator awareness activities, and implementation of quality standards to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction
This is what you bring to us:
- Technical education or equivalent experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Engineering environment
- Strong ability to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, QRQC, SPC, or 8D methodology
- Ability to work with quality data, reports, Microsoft Office applications, and quality management systems
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Laboratory, Logistics, and Customer Quality teams
- Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
