You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

 

  • Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirement.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and improving overall operational efficiency
  • Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify and address quality issues
  • Act as the management level interface for customers for all quality matters and responsible for developing and maintaining customers and suppliers relationships
  • Collaborate with cross functional team
  • Manage escalation process with customers
  • Oversee the evaluation of process audits and finished product inspections for quality and reliability
  • Prepare departments budgets and forecasting as well as weekly, monthly and yearly key performance report and progress
  • Ensure effective quality training for all team members
  • Maintain plant compliance to IATF-16949:2019 and ISO:9001:2015 standards as well as customer defined quality systems and requirements

 

 

Here’s what you can bring to the team: 

 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Quality Management or related field
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, preferably in glass manufacturing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in lean development and leadership
  • Proficiency in Quality Management (QM) software
  • Fluent in English. German and French are an asset
