Quality Engineer (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Planning, setting up and implementing a customer interface for quality in development projects as well as methods and tools to support lean quality management 
• Contact person and interface for our customers in all quality matters, especially in the case of technical complaints in serial projects 
• Participation in the APQP/PPAP processes for the customer (incl. spare parts) 
• Planning of measurement and test methods and participation in their procurement and validation (definition of measurement concepts, based on coordinated reference systems that take into account both the part function and the measurability) 
• Risk minimization through the use of appropriate risk assessment tools and verification of the robustness of detection and prevention systems for stations with CC characteristics (e.g. reverse FMEA)

Here's what you can bring to the team:

• Experience with the selection and use of quality methods (especially problem-solving methods 8-D, ISHIKAWA, 5Why,) 
• Knowledge of the requirements for QM systems (e.g. IATF 16949) 
• Good language skills in German and English required 
• Ability to make data-driven decisions 
• Pleasure in dealing with customers
