You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Responsible for smooth implementation regarding quality, costs and timing for change management of serial projects or programs and related processes for both internal (Webasto) and external (customer) requests.
- Responsibility for all change management aspects of serial projects or a group of serial projects over the entire project cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) after SOP (> 6 months after SOP).
- Manage activities and meet project targets related to project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement and relevant stakeholder demands.
- Functional leadership
- Communication within the organization on change management and regular updates to stakeholders
- Budget and resource planning (track spending, revenue, and impact on manning).
- Preparation of Engineering Change documentation and Management Team or Operations (OPQ) follow-up meetings
- Presenting and representation of the project towards all stakeholders (both internally and external customers).
- Customer oriented approach and ability to communicate with customers.
- Meet project management standard processes, methods and tools.
- Make the interface to Operations and Program Management
- Create and respect supporting structure with rules regarding Change Management.
- Follow strategic guidelines
- Preparation of the serial project report

- Long- or midterm professional experience in project management
- Advanced economic and technical knowledge
- Knowledge and experience for actual Serial Production Processes
- Excellent knowledge of relevant Program Management processes, methods and tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Trust based relationship and interface to Program Management and Operations
- Team player for creating and respecting supporting structure with rules
- Advanced intercultural competencies
- Coaching capabilities
- Business fluent English is mandatory, German or French would be an asset
