• Setting up each tool prior to scheduled runs and ensuring process parameters meet required line performances (cycle time, availability, and quality)
• Implementing continuous improvement actions in close collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments
• Managing time efficiently based on KPI monitoring
• Participating in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes for future products
• Supporting operator skills development
• Reporting directly to Process Managers

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed at least 2 years of technical education
  
• Basic mechanical, electrical and robotic knowledge; LEAN manufacturing knowledge is appreciated and considered a plus
  
• 2 years of experience in an industrial environment; automotive industry experience is considered a plus
  
• Must have a troubleshooting and problem-solving approach; problems should be seen as improvement opportunities
  
• Autonomy and a proactive mindset are mandatory
  
• Ability to set up and maintain quality production standards; ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with process parameters
  
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English or French - German is an advantage
