This is what you bring to us:

• MS or PhD degree with expertise in glass/ceramics or organic materials, adhesives, and bonding. 5+ years experience in a scientist position is a plus
• Experience in a Glass Research setting preferred
• Subject Matter Expert with Hands-On skill sets that drives root cause resolution on Glass & Ceramics and/Or organic materials, adhesives, and bonding
• creativity, determination to analyze root causes, solution focused research.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
