• Management and supervision of production supervisors and process engineers or technicians
• Cooperation with EHS for ensuring a safe work environment
• Leadership and direction for employees to influence behavior, improve know-how and strengthen ownership and responsibility
• Guidance of production process and continuous improvement actions in collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, logistics and quality departments
• Assurance of product availability on time with optimal efficiency and quality, interaction with scheduling, customers and suppliers, detection of deviations, root-cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, development of new processes, reporting to Value Stream Leader

This is what you bring to us:

• Degree in engineering in production, mechanics or similar
• Three to five years experience in supervisory role in manufacturing environment
• Mandatory knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control combined with LEAN mindset and knowledge
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English and French with German as an asset and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective leadership ability combined with commitment to Webasto values, self-motivation and proactive task completion
