Junior Industrial and Management Engineer (F/M/X)

To expand our production site for car glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story through their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Direct support to the director in the Glass Competence Center regarding organizational and management issues
• Creation of decision templates and project presentations
• Assist in continuous improvement and change management of project management processes, methodologies and tools
• Cost tracking and budget planning of all development projects with status reporting in collaboration with controlling
• Creation, tracking and analysis of project KPIs and external development partners
• Planning and coordination of steering committees
• Cross-regional networking with PMOs from other regions
• Support in setting up the Innovation Lab in Luxembourg and software rollouts
• Link between the local development organization, the parent company and external development partners

Here’s what you can bring to the team:

• Technical or economic studies, preferably in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, economy - or a comparable educational background
• Knowledge and experience in technical and economic areas, initial project management experience
• Initial experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Initiative and high motivation to learn new things and find creative solutions
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
