Junior IT Helpdesk / System Administrator

To expand our production site for car glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story through their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Provide first-line technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Workstation and Windows Server System, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Deploy and manage software applications across our Windows network.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
• Document IT procedure and processes
• Collaborate with senior system administrators on complex technical projects.
• Deploy and manage IT hardware (laptop, phone, network e.g.)
• Help with the management of infrastructure critical systems (backups, licenses e.g.)

Here’s what you can bring to the team:

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in Windows Server administration
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating system and Workstation, including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent language skills in English, French and/or German being considerate an asset.
