To expand our production site for car glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story through their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• You team-up with experienced colleagues to work on the transformation of the site and integration into the Webasto Group (PMI / Merger & Acquisitions).
• You take on tasks in cross-functional Project Management with interfaces to Finance, IT, Purchasing, HR, Quality, Development, Sales, etc
• You are fully responsible for small-scale projects such as communication initiatives or implementation of new processes.
• You gain exciting insights into the daily operations at a high-tech production site.
• You create process analyses, business case calculations or desk research and derive recommendations from them.
• You support the creation of important decision-making documents for the management.

Here’s what you can bring to the team:

• You are studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar study programs
• You are characterized by acting pro-actively, strong communication skills and self-confidence.
• You are motivated and work reliably. Your analytical and structured approach enables you to master new tasks.
• Ideally, you have already completed first internships in the field of management consultancy, (automotive) industry or engineering industry and are experienced in using MS Office applications.
• You speak English and German and/or French fluently.
