You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Assist in inventory organization and standardization within the tool crib.
• Identify obsolete, missing, or misplaced tools and propose optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking sheets, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper tool classification, labeling, and documentation.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support data collection, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Here's what you can bring to the team:

• You are studying a Supply Chain, Logistics or similar study programs
• You are characterized by acting pro-actively, strong communication skills and self-confidence.
• You are motivated and work reliably. Your analytical and structured approach enables you to master new tasks.
• You have good knowledge in using MS Office applications.
• You speak English and German and/or French fluently.
