You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Develop certification strategy & planning to meet phase-in timing
- Certification Maintenance for vehicle lifecycle
- Application preparation, editing, and submission
- Agency liaison, negotiations, interface, and interpretation of regulations
- Certification database development and management, archiving and upkeep
- Coordination of sample build for certification
- Management of the Certification process from A to Z
- Vehicle part labeling design and approval (Trademark; Logo)
- Concurrent development validation testing to identify and solve problems encountered during certification emissions and durability tests
- Durability test execution coordination
- Post-certification testing support, including audits, in-use compliance, running change management, and in-use monitoring and reporting
- Carry-over and carry-across certification management to extend a certification across multiple model years or multiple vehicle lines
- Additional duties in support of Production Plant QS
Here's what you can bring to the team:
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the field of industrial engineering or automotive engineering or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in Regulatory Compliance in the automotive supply industry with a perspective on impact and safety
- Organizational and analytical talent as well as a solution and customer-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm and a high level of initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in the use of common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good written and spoken English and German, French an advantage
