- Supplier management together with purchasing
- Maintenance of digital printer & print heads
- Guide and train people for the process
- Strong interaction with the product development
- Support with data preparation for digital printing
- Support the engineers with the robot programming or programming of multi-axis machines (teaching robots)
This is what you bring to us:
- Degree with background Digital Printing, Automation technique or similar
- 3 years of experience on a similar role
- Knowledge in general construction of a digital printer
- Ink rheology and its influence on print performance & results
- Printing waveforms (e.g. programming, influence on print result, interaction with print heads)
- Functionality of print head in combination with ink characteristics
- Homogenization requirements for ink (suspension)
- Parameter influencing the print quality
- Modification of print templates – influences on print result (print data preparation)
- Programming language Kuka KRL (ideally also C+ / C# / Python)
- Knowledge in software: Beckhoff SPS, Beckhoff TwinCat (ideally also Rhino CAD, Visual Studio, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Ergosoft Rip V16)
- Excellent language skills in English, German and/or French being considerate a strong asset.
