- Developing, programming, and troubleshooting the digital printing process for glass and other industrial materials
- Evaluating process parameters and performing quality analytics to ensure consistent print performance
- Managing suppliers in close cooperation with the purchasing department
- Maintaining and calibrating digital printers and print heads
- Training and guiding colleagues in digital printing workflows
- Supporting product development teams with digital print process expertise
- Preparing and optimizing print data for industrial glass printing
- Supporting automation engineers in robot programming (e.g., KUKA) and multi-axis machine control
This is what you bring to us:
- Degree in Digital Printing Technology, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an industrial production environment
- Solid knowledge of digital printing processes, preferably in industrial glass printing applications
- Understanding of ink rheology and its impact on print performance and adhesion on glass
- Experience with waveform programming, print head functionality, and ink–substrate interaction
- Familiarity with ink homogenization and parameters influencing print quality
- Experience in print data modification and template preparation
- Programming knowledge in KUKA KRL; ideally also C/C++, C#, or Python
- Knowledge of Beckhoff SPS, Beckhoff TwinCat; ideally also Rhino CAD, Visual Studio, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, Ergosoft RIP V16
- Excellent English skills; German or French language proficiency is a strong advantage
