You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Integrate new joiners to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Ensure data compliance with GPDR rules
• Assist in the work-permit procedure for newcomers when required
• Participate in reports preparation with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Document processes to enhance clarity and efficiency within the departments
• Be part of our digitalization development
• Assist the Manager and Business Partners in daily tasks

Here's what you can bring to the team:

• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German and/or French would be an asset 
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
• Preparing a degree in Human resources or a related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge in labor legislation is an asset
• Follows established rules and procedures with precision
• Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills
