Container Inventory Coordinator

For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Support container management processes
• Monitor all empty container unloading operations
• Checking the customer's account statement
• Responding internal requests / production requirements regarding customer’s containers
• Checking and monitoring the daily/monthly/annual inventory and support the planning, with accurate information related to the empty container availability
• Acceptance of delivered incoming goods inspection and booking in the system as well as shipment of goods
• Support the inventory management including booking of all material movements
• Operational control of the allocation of the outside storage space (storage, relocation, removal, scrapping)
• Quality inspection of obvious defects in goods and packaging    

Here's what you can bring to the team:

• 3 years of experience in logistics or similar role
• You like figures and working with numbers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
• Safety measure for loading and unloading trucks
• Experience as forklift driver would be an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (French and/or German are a plus)
