To expand our production site for car glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story through their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions
• Build-up and support pre-series systems and ensure the production of customer samples
• Support in the development of new manufacturing processes for switchable glazing (cutting, gluing, cleaning, welding, soldering)
• Organize and optimize of production processes in pre-serial lines
• Collaborate closely with the pre-development team, transfer of know-how to the series development team
• Work in a dynamic and innovative production environment

Here’s what you can bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education
• Enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies
• Automotive experience would be a plus as well as the knowledge in materials such as glass, coatings and plastics
• 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment is a plus
• Affinity to software and programming desirable
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
