You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual figures and processing them in the global Webasto consolidation system (SAP BOFC)
- Preparing and coordinating periodic forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning
- Supporting periodic external audits and internal audit reviews, acting as the primary point of contact
- Delivering accurate and timely reports and dashboards to various stakeholders
- Monitoring financial developments such as accounts receivable, cost budgets, and liquidity position
- Ensuring effective collaboration with WBS (Webasto Shared Service Center in Portugal) and continuously improving joint performance
- Participating in (inter)national finance projects within the group
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures and legal obligations
This is what you bring to us:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in a business economics field
- At least 2 years of experience in a (junior) controlling or similar role within an (international) production environment
- Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Experience with SAP (S/4HANA)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
This position requires availability of 32–40 hours per week, with the option to work two days per week from home.

The salary indication for this position is between €4,100 and €5,500 gross per month based on a full-time contract, depending on knowledge and experience.

Webasto follows the FOCWA collective labor agreement within Metal & Technology (Bodywork companies), but offers a compensation scheme above CAO level and a pension scheme with a favorable distribution: 73.5% employer contribution and 26.5% employee contribution. Additionally, we offer a collective health insurance scheme with a monthly employer contribution, a bicycle plan, and a profit-sharing scheme.
