• Combination of practical training as an industrial business management assistant with a future-oriented degree in “Business Psychology” at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich
• Acquisition of an IHK degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree within 4.5 years for an optimal combination of theory and practice
• Application of psychological findings to economic issues, analysis of consumer and employee behavior, involvement in marketing, HR and organizational design, and development of skills in communication, conflict resolution and analysis
• Individual selection of practical training stations such as marketing, human resources or communication, as well as other exciting areas of the company, for the targeted development of personal interests and strengths and to deepen theoretical knowledge
