DS (IT) User Support Intern

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Coursework or projects in service support, for Microsoft Azure, Windows client support, Windows server support or related
  • Understanding of core concepts related to personal computing and basic computer networking
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication and a learning mindset
